Are you vegan, vegetarian, or just curious? For seven days, we challenge you to discover seven unique toppings combinations, designed by our chefs to surprise your palate. Each day, a new creation, baked instantly in our wood-fired oven at 400°C on a base of crispy sourdough and artisan tomato sauce. Do you accept the challenge?

- Base: Artisan tomato sauce and melted vegan cheese (cashew-based).
- Topping: Sautéed portobello mushrooms with garlic and thyme, fresh spinach, and a touch of black truffle oil.
- The “Why”: We start with a familiar but elevated combination. The umami from the mushrooms and truffle creates a depth of flavor that will make you fall in love.
Day 2: “Vibrant mediterranean”
- Base: Smoked eggplant cream.
- Topping: Roasted eggplant, confit red peppers, Kalamata olives, and capers. Finished with fresh basil.

Day 3: “Spicy and fresh”
- Base: Tomato sauce with a hint of chipotle.
- Topping: Shredded seasoned jackfruit (simulating a pulled pork-like texture), fresh jalapeño slices, red onion, and cilantro. Accompanied by a swirl of vegan coconut cream.
